the best event I have organised
Organizing events can be a hard task, but it can also be rewarding and meaningful experience. I am experienced in organizing several events throughout my life. One of the best event that I organized throughout my life was an outing with my bestfriend.
Actually the outing was pretty much unplanned. It all started on Friday by asking each other’s schedule during the weekend. After clarifying that both of our weekend were free, we just planned to go to the nearest mall to our neighbourhood which is Tropicana Gardens Mall. But, we only planned where to go not what to do. What we did were completely unplanned and we just go by our instinct at the moment of incident.
On Saturday, which was the outing day, we went out of house around 11 a.m. to meet there before 12 p.m. As we arrived, both of us immediately thought of the same thing, which was lunch. There is a place known for its delicious Korean dish that is known as The Fire. We quickly agreed to have our lunch there as we both really like everything that is related to Korea. We filled our tummy with scrumptious food such as ‘‘cheese dakgalbi’’ and ‘’chicken bokeumbap’’. We also had desserts which was croffle that is a new combination of croissant and waffle.

After that, we were wandering around the mall looking for the next thing to do. Sadly, there was not much thing to do at Tropicana Gardens Mall anymore. So, we decided to go to Avenue K to try the viral SuperPark. SuperPark typically features activities such as trampolining, climbing, zip-lining, skateboarding, and more. We had a very satisfying 2 hour session there.

Next, we felt like there was still much time left and did not want to go home yet. We then went to Petrosains in KLCC that is beside the Avenue K. The ticket price was very affordable. At there, we explored exhibits that cover a range of topics that include geology, space, robotics, and renewable energy. It is very recommended for people who are interested in science and technology. After that, we were already tired and decided to go home.
From this experience, I learnt that organizing events should not always be strict and always follow the book. We can also be lenient and easy-going so that we can have more fun and adventurous experiences.
